At Google, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and accessories. If a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate your return

  Visit your Google Store order history and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were initially included.

• 3.
  Attach the label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
